The Bot Framework SDK provides libraries that developers can use to implement a bot in their preferred programming language. You can use it to create bots that support conversational flows that range from simple single-turn exchanges to complex, multi-turn conversations.
If you are planning to implement a highly complex bot, you can use the Bot Framework SDK, but you may want to consider the graphical bot development environment offered by the Bot Framework Composer.
